First Painting Towards Thesis :)
This one took me a while and I still did more work to it after this picture was taken. I can't wait for thesis to start :)

Anemone and the beginning of my thesis
2 plate reduction linoleum print. Each color required carving out lino and a run through the press. I love the process of printmaking so far, maybe even better than painting. The best part is that I have 12 of these, most all are spoken for but it was nice to mass produce. This is also the first piece towards my thesis idea which is basically painting ocean creatures on a large scale with close up crops to give the viewers a different perspective and raise curiosity. I stressed for months trying to figure out what to paint for thesis when the answer was staring me in the face all along :)

Silverware, silverware, silverware, and a blender
Spooning
15" X 22"
These are from last year, I totally forgot to post them. Our instructor had us drawing silverware for most of the semester. This is my best one from all of the silverware drawings and a self portrait phrasist style before I even knew what phrasisim was lol. I did a ton of work that semester.
