Me and my two best from summer painting 12. My goal was to paint faster so I spent a maximum of 3 hours drawing in and painting each of these.

I think this was my best painting of the spring 12 semester. 4ft. X 3ft. oil on masonite. I learned a lot with this one. It was done mostly with lots and lots of glazing and some detail work at the end.

During the fall semester I started painting on a larger scale, I also tried to move away from the figure only to be lead back to it again...

One of my paintings from the summer semester, which was great. I learned a ton and leaped forward quite a bit, now if I can just keep from falling back.

Summer Drawing

I took a 3 week summer drawing intensive in June. It was a blast, we drew outside most days, which is not the norm in this cold climate. We also BBQed every week and had a blast in general. These are my drawings for my final.
